How to place orders? We collect orders via Internet by online warehouses or at the e-mail address: sales@tkn-connect.pl Terms of registration and making purchases in the tkn-connect.pl warehouse: - fill in the register form - after receiving an e-mail activate your account - send copies of company registration documents to the address sales@tkn-connect.pl - minimum order value is EUR 1000 net Advantages of making purchases in tkn-connect.pl - possibility of discounts for wholesale customers - information about delivery times - in case of orders from European Union countries for the net amount exceeding EUR 1500 the costs of delivery are born by the seller, in other cases the delivery cost is added to the invoice according to the UPS company price list New users of the online warehouse are asked to contact the sales department in order to activate discounts. Otherwise retail prices will be shown. Orders from customers abroad will be sent after a transfer for a proforma invoice was recorded. PLEASE NOTE!!! Before accepting a delivery the recipient is obliged to check its condition, that is: - are company bands intact - is safety packaging damaged - does the package show any signs of tampering - is information on the bill of lading concerning the number of collective packages and boxes correct. Warranty All products purchased from us have a 12-month warranty. The warranty does not apply to products used inconsistently with their intended use, use in inappropriate conditions or products mechanically damaged. Complaints Please report all complaints regarding inconsistencies with the purchase, mistakes in issuing products, damaged warehouse deliveries to the e-mail address: sales@tkn-connect.pl |
